2019 Annual General Meeting
All members are invited to the 2019 AGM
Please note that this season's Annual General Meeting (AGM) is on the evening of Monday 24th June.
It is again being held at Southcourt Baptist Church (40 Penn Road, Aylesbury, HP21 8HW )
Arrive at 19:00 for a prompt 19:15 start.
We will be reporting on the activities and finance of the club over the last season, as well as voting in the Club's committee for the 2019/20 season.
Please save the date as this is your chance to influence the running of the Club, ask any questions and potentially even put yourselves forward for a role to help the club move forward.
