Another resounding 5 - 0 win by the Whites, with Olivia scoring an early goal 7 minutes into the game, from Eva’s assist. There were numerous attempts at goal with the ball staying mainly in our end, giving Prya a quiet game. Nicole and Eva impressed with their skillful footwork to move around the opposition and both made some great attempts at goal. Ellie scored our second, with an assist from Olivia. Isla came on strong for only her second match, with some confident tackles and impressive movement with the ball. One offside given against us did not affect our play. Some great clearances from the defenders Millie, Mia, Holly, Grace and Rhia who kept the defence strong, maintaining the 2 - 0 score, to us, at the end of the first half.

The team continued to play well in the second half. A corner by Evie, found Olivia who made a super attempt at goal. The ball then fell to Ellie who took a chance and scored making it 3-0 and her second goal of the match. At the back, Rhia worked hard to defend the opposition's number 15, who looked set to score.

Imogen and Evie on the wing proved themselves again for their positioning and moving into spaces for the passes. The numerous quick changes throughout the match did not hinder the play and all positions played well. There were further chances at goal by our attackers with Olivia demonstrating some great play, working back and tackling to land another goal for the team. The opposition had a penalty against them for a back pass, with Imogen taking the ball. Ellie then went on to score her hat-trick from a cross by Eva resulting in a 5-0 win to us.

The post- match team talk complemented the Whites on their growth as a team, commenting that their improved framework and positioning were instrumental in their success so far this season.

Olivia was awarded player of the match for her great running, persistent tackling to win the ball back from the opposition, not to mention her two fantastic goals and assists. Well done Olivia!
